The Hearth | Autumn Season

Community Practice Circle

The Hearth is a weekly somatic mindfulness practice circle rooted in Buddhist teachings and nervous system awareness. Organized into seasonal memberships, it offers a steady rhythm of practice, reflection, and community to support a more grounded, compassionate, and embodied relationship with ourselves and the world.

Dates: Sept 17-Dec 23

Times: Weds 9-10 am PT

Access: Live on Zoom & Recorded

Cost: $150 CAD

The Hearth is built on a simple premise: transformation rarely happens through insight alone. It unfolds through the small, ordinary act of returning to practice again and again.

Unlike my more structured courses, The Hearth is an ongoing practice community. Members are welcome to join at any point during the season and receive immediate access to the complete Hearth Practice Library. It is open to all levels of experience, and no previous meditation experience is required. Our live gatherings include somatic mindfulness practice, teaching, and space for reflection, questions, and conversation.

Live attendance is encouraged, but every class is recorded and available in our private Teachable classroom, so you can return to the practices at your convenience.
