My work begins where your inner knowing is waiting to be remembered
Rooted in somatic inquiry and the ritual arts, I create spaces where you can meet yourself with compassion, find steadiness in uncertainty, and reconnect with the living world.
My work is rooted in a lifelong devotion to remembering our place within the living world.
My path first unfolded through relationship with the land and the rhythms of the seasons. In time, it led me into the study of yoga, Buddhist meditation, and relational somatic practice, work that has guided my vocation for more than two decades.
My background includes:
20+ years of professional experience teaching yoga, both locally and internationally
Long-term study of Buddhist Insight meditation and contemplative mindfulness traditions, including professional training in trauma-informed practice
Professional training in Relational Somatic Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, and Internal Family Systems
Ongoing study in archetypal philosophy, depth psychology and animist ritual traditions
Much of my work centers on companioning people through the darker, more uncertain seasons of their lives.
The places where clarity thins and old identities shed. I do not see these thresholds as problems to fix but as invitations to be met with warmth and dignity. In those spaces, I aim to offer a grounded presence, practices that help restore coherence, and a way of listening that trusts the quiet wisdom that emerges when we are not alone.
Beyond my professional life, I am a mother, a storyteller, a student and an animal lover.
I find joy in the texture of daily life, in cooking simple meals, in listening to the land, and in making things with my hands. The same devotion that guides my teaching also lives here, in the quiet tending of what is beautiful, alive, and true.
At its essence, my work is an invitation to remember what has never truly been lost. I envision a world where embodiment is recognized as sacred, where we move through life with attuned awareness, creative agency, and reverence for the living web that holds us.
In all I create, my wish is to foster spaces where this kind of embodied inquiry can unfold, where learning and healing are woven through relationship, and where personal awakening ripples outward in service to the whole.
