The practices of yoga lie at the heart of my own personal relationship to practice and form the basis of my sadhana. I have been teaching yoga since the early 2000’s and my work as a teacher is constantly evolving and changing form, which means that at the moment I have chosen to step back for my work as a teacher trainer so that I can focus on creating programs that support people in developing a meaningful relationship to personal practice.
In the fall I will return to teaching classes at Village Yoga in Pemberton, but am taking a break for the summer season. During this time I will be offering once a month online workshops that include a combination of yogic practice, meditation and plant medicine teachings.
