Traversing The Liminal: Contemplation & Practice for the Dark Season

Let us gather in good company this November so that we may illuminate the darkness. Together we will explore the hidden potential that exists within the threshold space that is the dark season of the year, the time in between Halloween and Winter Solstice. This is a time of deep shadows and heightened magic, a time when the veils thin and the noise of the waking world recedes. This is a dream time and it has much to offer those who wish to mine the riches concealed there.

Using the tools of yogic practice, Tantric philosophy, mythic story and archetypal exploration we will engage a conversation about what it means to traverse the liminal spaces in our lives, the spaces in between. Each class will include a mixed levels asana practice, meditation, inquiry, and mantra. Philosophical teachings will be shared and group conversation will be encouraged. Please bring a journal.
