Tend & Befriend: 5 Week Mindfulness Series
Join me for a special 5-week mindfulness series focused on tending & befriending the parts of ourselves that might be needing extra care & compassion. In this series, we will work with mindfulness techniques that support embodied presence, compassionate awareness, resource building, attachment healing, and parts work.
This series is suitable for anyone who has an interest in mindfulness-based practices for deepening self-awareness and fostering greater wholeness.
