In this workshop we will explore teachings and practices inspired by the dark season and the threshold space of Samhain or Halloween, a potent time of year for inner exploration and subtle practice. This event will include an all levels yoga & meditation practice, mantra work, simple ritual, group discussion, and personal reflection. You will be invited to take place in the creation of an ancestors altar if you choose, and it is recommended that you bring a journal.

Fire & Flow: Vinyasa Yoga Teaching Intensive
My first introduction to yoga was through vinyasa, and it is the power and fluidity of this practice that led me to fall in love with yoga. Teaching vinyasa yoga can be a lot of fun. It can also be very challenging. I created the Fire & Flow: Vinyasa Teaching Intensive to support yoga teachers who love vinyasa yoga in learning some of the tools and techniques that can make it easier for them to create powerful and intelligent vinyasa yoga classes for their students.
